Primarily crafted in China's Fujian Province, this centuries-old process layers fresh jasmine blossoms with the tea, allowing their natural fragrance to permeate the leaves before the flowers are removed and the process repeated. The result is beautifully aromatic without tasting heavy or perfumed.
