Return & Refund Policy
Unopened bags are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Simple as that.
30-Day Returns
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Because coffee is perishable and roasted to order, opened bags cannot be returned — but if your coffee arrives damaged or something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@fermacoffeeco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm eligibility and reply with the return shipping address and instructions, usually within 1 business day. Please don’t ship a return before hearing back from us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the return is due to our error — a wrong, damaged, or defective item — in which case we cover the return shipping or simply replace the order at no cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item unless we ask.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different coffee, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order — that way your replacement joins the very next roast.
